10 years strong on the pavement!
Join us for zoom sessions on nutrition, yoga/meditation, Fitness Workout, an informative health panel, great prizes and an awesome virtual 10year Anniversary 5k with a commemorative medal, bib and t-shirt! All happening on May 22nd.
Shirts and Medals will be shipped the week of 5.24.2021

Course Description: Virtual-Remote:
You can complete your race on your own around your home, at the gym on a treadmill – essentially you can participate from anywhere in the world! Our race comes with no time pressure – your pace is individual to you and you will earn your medal for completing whatever your speed.
Race Details: Complete your virtual 5K between May15 - May 22, 2021 by 11:59 pm PST.
Race Distance: 5K (3.1 miles)
Registration Cost: $25
Timing and Results: No official timing necessary for Remote Runners®, but you must return back to our website with your proof. We accept many forms of proof, as long as we can see you have completed the distance and the time it takes you, we’re happy. Examples include Garmin photos, app screenshots, Fitbit stats, program times, etc. SUBMIT YOUR RACE TIMES by logging in under the "Manage My Registration" tab above, then click on "SUBMIT MY RESULTS".
Registration Includes: Everyone who participates in the BGR-LA Virtual 5K will receive:
- Commemorative Finisher’s Medal
- Virtual Race bib for the 5K
- Certificate of completion
- T-Shirt (You may opt out of the T-Shirt) - SEE SPECS HERE
- Remote Runners® Option (aka Virtual run)
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
STEP 1: Register for the event
STEP 2: Run or Walk a 5K (3.107 Miles), anywhere in the USA.
STEP 3: Log your run/walk via the "Manage my registration" tab above. LEARN MORE HERE
STEP 4: Celebrate!
Rules:
- There is no designated start time to complete your run/walks. Run or walk at your pace and your time. The event ends on May 22, 2021, at 11:59 pm PST.
- All Run packets will be mailed to participants within one week after you register starting May 11.
- Remember, this is a self-guided run/walk. Stay hydrated, water must be provided by the participant.
- Pick up after yourself and help keep our parks clean.

Loved the race with my teammates and wouldn't change that for anything. Great scenery of the beautiful California beach coast. However, this event company who was supposed to ship out our t-shirts and medals your service is horrible!!! We have not received our merchandise as of yet and it's now June 4. Do better!! Not a good look.
